Our Fleet

Our dedicated team of mechanics ensure that all our vehicles are in tip top condition.

Many of you may be familiar with our green lorries that travel the length and breath of the UK and beyond.

We have 19 Scania, Daf and Volvo HGVs. They pull our 45 trailers which consist of Fridges, Tautliners, Bulkers and Flatbeds.

We deliver and collect nationwide and also load seasonally from Holland, France and Ireland.

Our lorries cover 100,000 miles per year on average

that’s far enough to drive around the world 4 times!

Our nearest farm is just 10 miles from our Packhouse near Doncaster

Our vehicles are Euro 5 / Euro 6 on air suspension

Environment

We carry potatoes but also ship ambient, chilled and frozen products.

We always ensure that our lorries are full on an outward bound journey and on the way home. We backhaul for several companies which is either arranged on an ad hoc basis over the phone or through the Haulage Exchange website.

We have cameras and tracking systems fitted to our fleet of vehicles.

We use these systems to give our customers delivery times, locations of drivers and to work out fuel efficiency.

In the main, we carry potatoes. However, we also ship ambient, chilled and frozen products.

Some of the more unusual recent shipments have included bomb casings and Thomas the Tank Engine toys!
